Refund Policy

Welcome to VirtuVerse Club. We strive to provide a seamless and exciting virtual gaming experience. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your options in case of cancellations or issues.

1. Membership and Subscription Cancellations

Members can cancel their subscriptions or membership plans within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no gaming sessions have been accessed. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but memberships can be paused or modified upon request.

2. Single Session Bookings

If you book a single virtual gaming session, cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 1 and 2 days before the session qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 24 hours prior.

3. Technical Issues

In the event of significant technical difficulties on our side that prevent you from accessing the service, please contact support within 2 days of the issue. We will offer a make-up session or a refund at our discretion.

4. Digital Content and Downloads

All digital content, including game downloads, add-ons, and virtual items purchased through our platform, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.

6. No-Show Policy

Customers who do not attend their booked sessions without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.
